Two Kansas City, Kan., residents were charged late last week in separate cases of unlawful possession of a firearm following a felony conviction.

Edward E. Moore, 20, was charged for the crime that allegedly occurred in KCK on Oct. 24.

Frederick J. Herring, 31, was charged with two counts of unlawful possession of ammunition after a felony conviction. Those crimes allegedly occurred on Oct. 30, 2008 and Jan. 6 of this year, both in KCK.
