POLICE BEAT: KCK Wendy's robbed

The Wendy's fast-food restaurant at 7807 Parallel Parkway was robbed at gun-point on Sunday, Nov. 29.

According to a Kansas City, Kan., Police Department report, at least two suspects entered the facility just past 8 p.m. on Sunday night.

The thieves left the restaurant with $1,059.60. Cases of both aggravated robbery and aggravated assault were filed at the scene. The crime was reported to police just seconds after suspects left the scene.

The police report lists five people as victims at the scene.
