POLICE BEAT: Man shot to death in KCK

KMBC Channel 9 is reporting that someone was shot to death near the 2300 Block of Silver Court.

More information when it becomes available.

UPDATE (10:13 p.m.): The Kansas City, Kan., Police Department has sent out a press release concerning the homicide.

The homicide happened shortly after 7 p.m. Officers on the scene found a dead black male in between two apartment buildings.
