What is there about these people who go off to Washington and forget where they came from and the issues we care about. I'm not sure what Pat is doing. I like his recent ad, but what else is he doing for us? I don't know if there's an answer, or not. I think he's been opposing the idiotic notion of putting terrorists in Leavenworth, and I'm sure our friend above is right about second amendment issues, and come to think of it, he has been actively opposing the sillier aspects of the attempts to nationalize our health care. OK, I guess that's enough for now.

I don't like his views on "non-separation of church and state". And also the same archaic view of punishing drug offenders with no support of rehabilitation. I'll stop there, as I don't want to offend too many of my conservative friends.

I think he picks and chooses on the church and state issues. He also volleys on environmental/conservationist issues.
McCain was for embryonic stem cell research but against abortion. Guess what? You can't be for both.
I think Roberts has a similar view on something like that, but I cannot recall what it was. Like I said, he has been the lesser of two evils.
