Lake Quivira Country Club is a privately gated community with over 400 homes located near Shawnee, Kansas.

The facility has a beach and swimming area as part of a 200 acre lake. The beach is comprised of a designated open water area that is equipped with a pier and diving area.

The position of Beach Manager is to be responsible for enforcing all swimming and safety rules that have been adopted. Manages a team of life guards between the hours of 10:00AM until 6:00PM. The beach is open and staffs life guards 7 days per week. This position is seasonal and will begin just before Memorial Day and will end on Labor Day.

The manager will be responsible for scheduling, organizing assignments, and creating positive interactions with the members and guest of the country club visiting the beach.

Qualifications for this position include 2 years of aquatic experience, a current life-saver certification and cpr card. Open water life guarding and supervisory experience is a plus but is not required. Competitive pay is offered depending on the candidates experience.
